Payment Policy:

We will contact you 30 days prior to your check in date. Your payment must be made 30 days prior to your check in date to hold your spot.

Cancelation Policy:

Two Weeks (14 day) you receive a full refund.
Less than Two Weeks (13 days or less) No refunds will be given, Once you check in there will be no refunds NO 
EXCEPTIONS!!! To make a cancelation you must provide in writing an email or text about cancellation within the timeframe!
